Is it only me and my windows installation who have problem with the email address setup for the contact form?
Regardless what I type in the Configure form email field in the admin panel it will be the current logged in admin's profile email address that gets stored.
As it is right now I need to change my own profile's email address the the becoming contact form email address and then just click the change button in the contact form email address (it changes to my profile email address automatically) then go back to my profile and change it back to what it was before. Now is the email correct everywhere :)

(Thanks for posting the work-around!!)
...the "Sender" comes through the same as the "To:" address for Contact form EMAILs - unfortunately, so does 80% of the SPAM I get.
Is there a way to change the "Sender" to something I can exclude from my SPAM filter?? |

Hi, the from address is like that by design, though i don't fully understand why....
Anyway, yes, there is way to fix it and i think its covered in the forums somewhere... but can i find it? no..
If I find the solution I'll post it here, and I'll probably overrule the original design and change this in the next version, cos it annoys me too... Fighting fires... and creating a few of my own...
