Posted by: Phil Mills - 03/21/07 @ 7:33AM During the development of SiteX 0.7.4 it has become clear that we will be able to make this a "Files Only" release. We discovered we have sufficient modifications, new features, fixes, and tweaks to make an exciting and worthwhile release without any modifications to database structure.
We're excited about this, as it means that our users won't need to wait so long for many of the requested features, and we as a development team can really focus our attention on what's important, knowing that larger features will be deferred to the version 0.7.5 which we hope will follow soon after. Watch this space! Posted by: Phil Mills - 03/17/07 @ 4:21AM This week work began on SiteX 0.7.4 Beta. - an interim update mainly aimed at improving some of the existing features of SiteX and delivering some bugfixes. It will also contain some new features. Other new features we have planned will not be seen until subsequent updates. If you want to see a list of planned features click here.
We are also in the process of moving SiteX development onto Sourceforge. This will allow the development team to collaborate more efficiently across the globe, and will hopefully draw new members into the development team. Posted by: Phil Mills - 02/22/07 @ 7:41AM Some important info was omitted from the Theme Notes for Upgrading to SiteX 0.7.3 beta. These instructions have now been updated. If you have already upgraded your themes we still recommend re-reading the instructions and in particular section 5.
